How does the tour unfold?
It will be a walk with an amazing sight on Moliane, the heights that close the famous Prosecco Superiore DOCG wine area to the south.
The wineries selected for the tour grant one deserved break to discover Cartizze, that is considered the best quality of Prosecco.
We will meet in Valdobbiadene, in front of San Pietro’s church of Barbozza, Strada Chiesa 2, at 9:00 am.
At 9:15 am we will leave on foot with our guide through wines and lanes in Prosecco’s hills.
During our route we will visit two wineries with wine tasting accompanied by appetizers and typical local products.
We will discover the difference between the Prosecco’s wine of Cartizze in various editions, from zero dosage to dry, appreciating the differences between the product from grapes grown on the plain below and grapes grown on the original Cartizze hill.
We will have then the possibility to do one break in the morning in the famous Osteria Senz’Oste, at the peak of the Moliane’s hills (after a steep climb) and we could stop in one winery for tasting its particular Prosecco.
The tour is guaranteed upon achieving of six people.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the tour with the guide, the breaks and the visits in two wineries, the wine tasting accompanied by appetizers.
Is scheduled a break for lunch?
For lunch is not planned a break but your hunger will be satisfied by the appetizers, which are made in the wineries by typical local products.
Is the tour suitable for everyone?
The tour is accessible for everyone, however is not suggested for people with motor disability and people in weelchairs.
What should I wear and what should I bring?
Gym shoes and a comfortable outfit are needed. We suggest you to bring a water bottle in a rucksack. If you consider It helpful you can bring spare clothing and blister patch (you never know you might need them)
If is there bad weather?
If there is bad weather an alternative tour will be organized, using one’s own cars, stopping at wineries and planned scenic spots.
